How do I sign up for classes?

At this time, everyone must register for classes via our online scheduler.

Is there an age limit for certain classes?

You can practice at the studio if you’re 14 years of age. If you are between 14-17 years old, you must be accompanied by an adult and have a waiver signed by that adult.

How do I access the virtual studio?

All you need need to join a live stream is a web browser. This means you can join Fierce Movement live streams from your computer, smartphone, or tablet, without needing any additional software or plugins!

OVERVIEW:

Up to 30 minutes before the class begins, you will receive an email with a direct link to join the class live stream.

Clicking this link will bring you to a login screen, where you can enter one of three credential types: you can use the consumer mode login, your Mindbody account, or your Facebook, Google, or Apple account that you used to purchase your class or membership at the studio.

Alternatively, you can access live stream classes directly from the schedule on your Mindbody app or via Mindbody.io.

BEFORE EACH CLASS:

If the instructor has yet to start the class, you will be placed in a private waiting room until the class begins.

When the class begins, you will see a prompt requesting permission for the site to access your camera and microphone. This preference can be saved in the browser for future sessions. Of course, you can enable or disable your microphone or camera using the controls at the top of the screen at any time.

When you're ready to join the class, all you have to do is click the green Join button.

Are there any other studio policies I should know about?

At Fierce Movement, we place a high value on courtesy for all of our members and guests. We ask that you make sure your phone is on silent (or off) before entering the studio. No food or beverages - besides water - are allowed in the studio. While COVID-19 protocols are still mandated throughout Connecticut, we ask that you bring only what is absolutely necessary to each class.
