At this time, everyone must register for classes via our online scheduler. (javascript:void(0))Please be sure to register at least 2 hours in advance so that we know you are coming. Almost all of our classes are "hot classes" so it is important that you make advance reservations so that we can heat the room.

You can practice at the studio if you’re 14 years of age. If you are between 14-17 years old, you must be accompanied by an adult and have a waiver signed by that adult.

Please use the Mindbody app to cancel your spot in class. It is important to do this so that there will be space for another Fierce member to fill your spot in class.

It means that the class capacity is full and you will be on the waitlist in the case that another member cancels their registration. If this happens, you will be automatically added to the class and notified via email that you are off the waitlist and have a spot reserved in class.

At Fierce Movement, we place a high value on courtesy for all of our members and guests. We ask that you make sure your phone is on silent (or off) before entering the studio. No food or beverages - besides water - are allowed in the studio.
