FIERCE power
FLOW

An All-levels Power Vinyasa Yoga class that will give you access to your personal power, vitality and freedom, mind + body. Guiding you to integrate your drishti (visual focus) ujayi breath (conscious breathing) + bandhas (hands, feet + core) so that you can build an inner fire while connecting your breath and body movement. The studio will be heated to 90-95.

This is the "Original Hot Yoga" with a FIERCE flair! (Bikram's Beginners Series done in just 60 minutes!) This powerful class is for all-levels. The 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises series is designed to warm the whole body allowing you to work deeper into your body while building strength, flexibility + balance. The studio will be heated to 105.

HOT FIERCE 26

Be flexible be strong, be FIERCE and get it done in 40 minutes! A blend of yoga, pilates core engagement principles + HIIT all done in a hot room. Get ready to move, sweat and transform your body with this heart pumping workout. You will ignite your metabolism with timed intervals using high intensity, low impact boot-camp style exercises. The result? A revitalized metabolism that keeps burning fat well after the workout! The studio will be heated to 85-90.
